      通过收集前期基础资料,查算设计暴雨、设计洪水,计算控制断面水位~流量关系和水位~人口关系,确定成灾水位、现状防洪能力评价和预警指标。在计算过程中采用了洪峰模数、上下游洪峰流量对比两种种方法先对设计洪水计算成果进行合理性分析,进而通过现状防洪能力成果分析、历史洪水调查资料进行复核典型小流域水位~流量关系成果的合理性。经复核,典型小流域水位~流量关系成果基本合理。
英文摘要:
      Through collecting the basic data and calculating designed precipitation,designed flood, stage-discharge relation, stage-population relation, the typical villages have analysis and evaluationof mountain flood disaster in Conghua city, which obtain the disaster water level, the current flood control capacity and critical rainfall.During the calculation of design flood, it is evaluated by comparison with modulus of flood peak, upstream and downstream peak discharge. And then stage-discharge relation is evaluated by the current flood control capacity and the historical flood. At last, the result of stage-discharge relation is reasonable.
