      指出水平定向钻穿越河道项目防洪评价常见的一些不足之处,如缺少对项目选址、堤防沉降变形等方面的评价。提出该类项目防洪评价工作中,项目选址、钻出入点及工作井位置、管顶埋深,对堤防渗流、抗滑稳定、沉降变形等的不利影响是技术审查部门特别关注的内容。最后指出,施工前对堤防整体加固、拖管后对环空部位灌浆补强是有效的预防补救措施,同时也是技术审查部门易于接受的措施。
英文摘要:
      Some common shortcomings are pointed out in the work of flood control assessment for horizontal directional drilling crossing river project, such as project site selection, embankment settlement deformation etc. In the work of flood control assessment, project site selection, location of bore entry/ exit and shaft, depth of pipe, adverse effects on embankments such as seepage, sliding stability and settlement deformation, are particular concerns for the technical review department. It is pointed out in the end that reinforce the embankment as a whole before construction, grouting reinforcement annular space after the pipeline are effective preventive measures, as well as the acceptable measures for the technical review department.
