      为研究山洪灾害对山区居民的影响情况,利用水位流量反推法,并考虑前期降雨及土壤含水情况,分别计算较干、一般和较湿3种工况下的临界雨量指标,综合分析得出山洪灾害影响区域的立即转移指标,同时结合涨洪历时,确定合适的提前时间,反推出相应的准备转移指标。以华南山区某典型小流域研究对象,计算分析了典型受山洪影响的沿河村落,确定出不同时段的预警指标,计算结果与山洪灾害现场调查情况较符,为制定防灾减灾对策和措施提供依据。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the impact of mountain torrents on mountain dwellers, the inversion method of water level and flow was used to take into account the previous rainfall and soil moisture conditions, the critical rainfall indicator was calculated under the three conditions of dry, normal and wet conditions, and the immediate transfer indicator was determined. At the same time, combined with the duration of the flood surge, determine the appropriate lead time, the prepare transfer indicator was calculated. Taking a typical mountain-flood disaster site in South China mountainous area as an example, this paper calculates and analyzes the typical villages affected by mountain torrents and determines early-warning indicators for different time periods. The calculation results are in line with the investigation results of mountain torrents, and the measures for disaster prevention and mitigation are formulated. And measures provide the basis. The paper took the little basin of a typical river tributary in south china as a case study, the early-warning indicators for different time periods were determined of this paper, and the calculation results were in line with the scene investigation of mountain flood disasters, the calculation results provide the basis for disaster prevention and reduction measures and measures.
