      针对郎岱城区河段现存的两岸大部分无堤防建筑物、河道狭窄行洪能力不足、桥墩阻水雍水严重、防洪标准偏低、洪水漫滩淹没良田等问题。根据郎岱镇城市封闭防洪体系和集镇美丽乡村旅游规划,结合治理河段防洪设施现状、地形地貌、地质条件及防护对象,优选两岸修建生态型防洪堤和全段清淤疏浚的治理方案。论证分析成果表明:通过郎岱河段的防洪清淤综合治理,河道全段均建设稳定性较好的生态型岸坡,形成相对封闭防洪体系,减免洪水灾害损失,构建和谐的人水环境。
英文摘要:
      The problems of without embankments in most river section, insufficient flooding capacity by narrow channel, seriously water drown by bridge pier blocking, low flood control standards, and submerged farmland by overbank flood has been introduced in Langdai Town. According to the river closed flood control system and overall planning of beautiful tourist village construction, combined with the status situation of flood control facilities in the treatment river section, topography, geological conditions and protection objects, the comprehensive regulation scheme with building ecological flood protection embankments and river entire section dredging has been optimized. The demonstration analysis results show that through the regulation engineering, the river section are embanked with relatively stable ecological bank slope to form a relatively closed flood control system, which can reduce the flood losses and construct more harmonious water environment.
