泥浆输移流量突变应急保护装置的研制及应用旨在研究一种在技术、经济方面适合泵淤固堤施工的合理机具和施工工艺技术,以解决在泵淤施工中的机械检修停工、压力崩管、空吸、回流等造成的施工不便和损失。通过对流量阀控制阀安装和压力泵突然启动管道水击问题分析,决定在管道上安装:① 输沙管道流量调节装置；② 输沙管道防水击装置。经试验,在泵淤施工中加以应用,通过调节闸阀开度,保证了泥浆池的入、出平衡,提高了生产效率,减少了管道崩裂现象。
The development and application of emergency protection device for sudden change of mud transport flow is aimed at studying a reasonable machine tool and construction technology suitable for the construction of pump silt embankment in technical and economic aspects, so as to solve the construction inconvenience and loss caused by mechanical maintenance shutdown, pressure collapse, air suction and reflux in the construction of pump silt. After repeated technical analysis and analysis of the installation of flow valve control valve and the water hammer problem of the pipeline when the pressure pump suddenly starts, it is decided to install on the pipeline:One is flow regulating device of the sediment transportation pipeline, and the other is water hammer device of the sediment transportation pipeline. Through the test, it is applied in the construction of pump silt. By adjusting the opening of gate valve, the balance of inlet and outlet of mud tank is ensured, the production efficiency is improved, and the phenomenon of pipeline cracking is greatly reduced.
