基于珠江三角洲水资源配置工程试验段项目,为实现大直径钢管在盾构隧洞内作业空间小、大弯段以及大坡度的工况下快速运输与安装,分析了传统运输安装工艺的不足,通过对洞内运输台车优化,设计出一套新型的内衬钢管快速运输及安装施工工艺,并成功应用,每2 d可完成1节9 m长、内径为4 800 mm、重约40 t钢管的运输和安装,速度快、效果好,可供同类工程参考。
Based on the pilot project of water resources allocation project in the Pearl River Delta, in order to solve the problem of fast transportation and installation of large diameter steel pipe under the working conditions of small working gap, large bend section and large slope in the shield tunnel, it realized that the traditional technology is no longer applicable. Through the optimization of transportation equipment in the tunnel, a new construction technology for rapid transportation and installation of lined steel pipe is designed, and it has been applied successfully. Transportation and installation for a steel pipe with the length of 9-meter, 4800mm inner diameter and 40t can be completed in 2 days. Construction techniques of Fast operation and high efficiency can be used as reference for similar projects.
